‘I need to obey God’s timing’, says Simone about gospel career

Three days after the official announcement of the end of the duo with sister Simaria, Simone decided to put an end to speculation about changing the sertanejo for gospel. This Sunday (21), she talked to followers on Instagram stories and admitted that she has some ideas of what she intends to do with her solo career.

“I’ve been reading some articles saying that I would follow a career in gospel. Everyone knows I’m a Christian, but I’m not going to follow gospel yet because it’s not time yet. I’m passionate, I love to praise and that’s what brings me peace, joy , happiness. I need to obey God’s timing”, begins the singer, soon reinforcing her permanence in the sertanejo.

“I keep singing a style of music that I also love, that I grew up listening to, that gave me everything in my life, which is the sertanejo. The suffering here is guaranteed and this sound moves me. I love to see everyone sing and I love to see everyone fall in love, have fun. I wouldn’t be able to sing another style while God doesn’t allow me. The singer reassured fans about her relationship with Simaria. “I really want to live this new process in my life, but I’m also happy for my sister, because she’s happy.
