Britney Spears, 40, decided to limit the scope of her dances, outbursts and half-naked photos. The American singer closed her Instagram account. Fans could not find her profile on the social network since Wednesday (24).

The fact occurs shortly before she releases her next work, the song “Hold Me Closer”, a partnership with Elton John. The song should hit platforms on Friday (26).

“It’s my first song in 6 years!!!” she recalled on Twitter. “It’s so cool that I’m singing with one of the most classic men of our time, Elton John! [Mas] I’m kind of overwhelmed, it’s a huge step for me!!! I’m meditating more and learning that my space is valuable and precious!!!”

The pop princess also said that she is trying not to waste time on negative things. “I’m learning that everyday is a clean slate to try to be a better person and do what makes me happy…yes, I choose happiness today,” she wrote.

“I tell myself every day to let go of the bitterness of the hurt and try to forgive myself and others for what may have been painful,” he continued. “I want to be fearless like when I was younger and not be so afraid. I pray that there is truth in the Holy Spirit and I hope that spirit is with my children too!!!”

This was the fourth time Britney has deleted her Instagram page. The last one was last year, but she reactivated the account a few days later.

Recently, the singer hit back at her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, who said in an interview that their children – Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15 – did not want to see her and were embarrassed by the things she posted on Instagram. .

“It saddens my heart that my ex-husband has decided to discuss my relationship between my children and me,” the singer said on social media. “As we all know, raising teenagers is not easy for anyone.”

“[Também] I’m worried that the alleged motive is my Instagram,” he continued. “It was long before Instagram… I gave them everything… One word: sore… I’m going to reveal what my mother told me. said, ‘You should give them to their father.’ I’m sharing this because I can…”
