However, new information has come to light about how the couple’s relationship went public, and it seems that Angelina was the one who wanted the public to know that she was with Brad.
According to Page Six, Jann Wenner’s upcoming memoir Like A Rolling Stone claims that Angelina leaked the first photos of her and Brad to the paparazzi in 2005. Wenner is the founder of Rolling Stone magazine and details a variety of of celebrity encounters in the book, due out on September 13.
In the early 2000s, she was the owner of Us Weekly, and one of the publication’s photographers received a tip that Angelina and Brad were vacationing together on the coast of Africa.
The paparazzi managed to capture photos of the couple playing on the beach with Angelina’s son, Pax, who Brad later adopted.
At the time, rumors swirled that Brad and Angelina were in a relationship despite his marriage status, though it remained unconfirmed until the pictures were published.
