Ann Hess’s eldest son filed a supplementary petition in order to take control of his mother’s estate
Ann Hess’ son Homer claims the actress’ signature on the will presented by her second husband, James Tupper, is invalid.
It seems her will, according to People, continues to cause tension between her loved ones.
Ann Hess’s eldest son filed a supplementary petition in order to take control of his mother’s estate.
The 20-year-old claims his mother’s ex, James Tupper, is blocking his efforts to contact his 13-year-old half-brother, Atlas Heche Tupper.
Also, her son claims that a 2011 document, which Tupper claims is a will and lists him as administrator of her estate, is invalid because the signature on the document is not his mother’s and both witnesses were absent as he requires the law.
The court, it seems, will be the one to decide who will be the manager of her estate.
