Showing off her dyed red hair for her next character, actress Thalita Carauta, 40, celebrates her new work in the soap opera “Todas as Flores” (Globoplay). Known for comic roles, such as Janete do Zorra Total (Globo), now the artist will play the porn actress Mauritania.

“She is a woman who works with adult films and this erotic market. She has a combative personality”, she says, about the character that arrives on the small screen on October 19th. Carauta stated that she had to “face” the decision to explore new roles beyond comedy.

“Humor will always be an almost favoritism place in my professional life, but it was never a plan. It entered my life as something to really earn money”, he said, in a virtual press conference in which the F5 participated. “For a long time when I was hired by Globo, this had to be discussed.”

In the plot by João Emanuel Carneiro, the artist will be part of the core of the company Rhodes, which also has actors such as Caio Castro, Nicolas Prattes, Fábio Assunção and Humberto Carrão. Mauritania suffers from low self-esteem and needs to support Joca (Mumuzinho), an abusive ex-peguete.

In addition to her work as a porn actress, she also acts as a call girl. Throughout the story, she gets involved with the lucky Raulzito (Nilton Bicudo), who dies and leaves all his inheritance to her. “Mauritania transits in these two places, it has very deep moments of a lot of pain of a lot of density”, she adds.

“All Flowers” should be split into two parts. The first airs between October 17 and December 16 of this year, earning a second season to be scheduled for 2023. The telenovela also had to undergo a change in the cast. Actor José Dumont, 72, was going to play Galo, an exploiter of minors, but was arrested in the act for storing images of a sexual nature involving children. The network removed him and he was replaced by Jackson Antunes, 62.
