Actress Cláudia Raia, 55, and her husband, Jarbas Homem de Mello, 53, were on the Mais Você (Globo) program this Monday morning (10) to comment on the actress’ pregnancy. In conversation with Ana Maria Braga, 73, she revealed that she is expecting a boy, who will be called Luca.
“I was neutral, I have a boy and a girl, but I think it’s easier to be a man in this world. It’s not easy to be a woman, it’s not easy to educate a woman. world”, reflected Raia.
For Jarbas, her husband, having a child was a big dream. “I really wanted to, she was winding me up,” recalled the actor. “We always said that our relationship did not depend on a child to be happy, but then this blessing came and I feel like I don’t even dick in the trash”, he added.
Regarding the baby’s name, a coincidence is that the actress worked on the animation “Luca”, a Disney story that takes place in Italy. Raia voiced the character Signora Mastroianni, in the Brazilian version. At the time, the artist said that the plot rescues and values ”the simple and fundamental things in life: friendship, empathy and acceptance”.
Raia said that, before discovering the pregnancy, she did not suspect that she would be expecting a baby. She stated that she noticed her belly was bigger on a trip with her children, Enzo and Sophia, in Italy. “I thought it was pasta and hormones,” she said. “I just felt sleepy, but I thought I was tired.”
Raia also said that he discovered that his biological age is lower than his age. She found out that she “changed” her biological age while having an exam with her husband, and the doctor claimed that this was due to the couple’s healthy habits.
“More than getting pregnant, it’s generating long-term plans. When we reach the age of 50, everything is little and quickly. We were raised to think like that. I’m going to have a child now, at 55, because I’m going to live 125”, he added. The artist revealed her pregnancy at the end of September. This is her first child from her relationship with Jarbas.
