Justice says that Dado Dolabella cannot pay more than R$ 300 thousand in debts

Actor and singer Dado Dolabella, 42, is unable to pay a debt of more than R$300,000 for renting a property in Rio. This is what the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice decreed. The information was first published by UOL columnist Lucas Pasin and confirmed by F5.

According to the document, Data was not located at any address. In addition, he also does not have any other asset that can be pledged to settle the amount of R$ 321,838.56, which is now higher, as it was monetarily corrected, which the creditor asks for.

In this way, the Justice decrees the musician’s civil insolvency, that is, it certifies that he is unable to pay the amount of the apartment he lived in until 2013 in Recreio dos Bandeirantes (RJ). The debt would be greater than the debtor’s equity.

Now, the Court has determined that a lawyer takes charge of the business and manages the situation with the two parties to resolve. Wanted, Dado had not yet responded to requests.

This is not the first time that Dado Dolabella has shown to have financial problems. In 2018, he was arrested and imprisoned for two months in São Paulo for failing to pay about R$196,000 in child support to one of his children. The year before, in 2017, he was also arrested — for one day — for the same reason. At the time, he claimed that he did not have a fixed income to pay the amount demanded by his ex-wife.
