Daniel Craighe is faithful to his wife, Rachel Weiszwith whom he has been married for ten years, and they have a daughter together.

Craig is well aware that he is miles away from the male James Bond archetype that women embody and fantasize about.

Recently the famous actor was appointed a knight of the order of Saints Michael and George. He received the award from Princess Anne, sister of King Charles, at a ceremony held at Windsor Castle.

Daniel Craig married in 2011, the famous actress, Rachel Weisz, known from the remake of the movie “The Mummy”, but also from the multi-award winning movie by George Lanthimos “The Favourite”. It was a love that came in the second youth of their lives, as he was 42 and she was 40. However, it was love at first sight…

In 2010, the thriller “Dream House” was the occasion for this love affair. The two actors played a married couple at the time and the tabloids immediately noticed the chemistry between them. A month later their relationship hit the headlines, but they denied everything. That same month, Weiss split from her then-partner, director Darren Aronofsky.

In June 2011, it was confirmed that they had married in New York with only four guests, but they spoke publicly about their relationship six months later. “We had our wedding in a closed circle and we’d like to thank a lot of people who stood by us and were discreet,” Craig said in an interview.
