Casimiro has live from the Brasileirão taken down and apologizes: ‘Nothing justifies’

by

Streamer Casimiro Miguel, 29, apologized to followers for being off the air while broadcasting the game between Athletico-PR and Palmeiras. The match of the Brazilian Football Championship was not broadcast on Grupo Globo channels, being shown by Furacão Live and the Casimito channel, on Twitch.

“I apologize to the fans of Palmeiras and Athletico for the minutes we were off the air on Twitch. By ‘luck’ it was a few minutes of the 1st half and the game break, but nothing justifies what happened. We will work so that it doesn’t happen again. Once again, apologies,” he wrote on Twitter.

In another tweet, he explained that the channel was taken off the air, this Tuesday (25), “due to a problem that does not involve us”. The live broadcast was interrupted for about 25 minutes. Streamer Allan, the Intern, who was on the live, also commented on what happened on his networks.

“Guys who are following Athletico x Palmeiras with us in Cazé, the production is solving the problem of the channel’s downfall. As is known, he has the broadcasting rights. It makes no sense what happened”, he said, referring to possible complaints for displaying content that the channel would not be entitled to.

wanted by F5, Twitch did not respond to the incident at the time of writing this article. Recently, Casimiro publicly declared his vote for Luís Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) in the elections. He took a political stand after being the target of a montage by Flávio Bolsonaro.
