According to People magazine, Gisele and Tom Brady they officially file for divorce. “The settlement is complete,” reports a person close to the couple. “They’ve been working on the terms all this time.” He adds: “Their marriage is over. They agreed on joint custody of the children.”
The couple’s split comes after months of reports that the couple were having problems and that Gisele, 42, could no longer stay in this marriage. “She was upset and it’s still hard, but she feels she needs to move on,” the magazine reported.

He wants to protect himself, to protect his interests, but he is only now starting to take the legal route to defend himself from her. He doesn’t want to fight. If the divorce is happening – and it looks like it is happening – he wants it to go as smoothly as possible.”
