Jade Picon is called ‘forced’ during live and rebuts: ‘Unoccupied’

by

Actress Jade Picon, 21, continues to be slaughtered on social media because of the carioca accent she needs to do for the scenes in “Travessia” (Globo).

However, during a live where she sold a product she was called “forced” and didn’t like it. The influencer countered the follower’s provocation and called him “unoccupied”.

“You’re idle, go drink. Sometimes I’d rather be forced than idle. Those who say what they want sometimes have to listen too”, he snapped.

In the same live, Jade said that she is learning and was willing to make it work. “I’m willing to go through criticism, praise. For me it’s such a big accomplishment. If I have to go through it, it’s okay and I’m going to use it for the best,” she said. “I know where I want to go and I know that to get there I have to go through it,” she concluded.

Born in São Paulo, Jade was accused of having a heavy hand when trying to speak like a carioca. She even had an influencer who decided to ‘teach’ Leo Picon’s sister. “Jade, pay attention here and with all due respect. Are you clowning around? Do you think our accent is just a kettle and that we just squeak?”, began Baueny Barroca.

Singer-songwriter with almost 45,000 followers on Instagram, she still got laughs from her followers by teaching how Jade should walk. “Look at the little gingadinho kind of rolling and then he comes to the person and says what he has to say, understand?”, shot Baueny when redoing a scene of Chiara asking for a medicine for her father’s secretary, businessman Guerra (Humberto Martins).

The video went viral and Baueny joked about the backlash. “Guys, stop tagging Jade. She’s going to sue me!”, she amended.
