Tico Santa Cruz fights with Monark and says he wants ‘freedom to be a Nazi’

Podcaster Monark caused an uproar on social media after commenting on an alleged state censorship that he linked to the new president-elect, Lula (PT).

“I don’t understand how Brazilians manage to normalize state censorship and not even a guy who stole billions from the country was arrested for it, becoming president, and still being idolized by millions. Am I crazy or has the world gone?”, he wrote.

The opinion, however, ended up messing with some famous people, among them Tico Santa Cruz, who countered. “Stop talking shit, man! You’ve got a lot of resentment in your heart because of a sugarcane field you talked about Nazism and now you want revenge for something you planted yourself,” he said.

Monark tried to give one more point of view and said he was persecuted. “Do you support virtual lynching? If a person kills himself in the process would that be okay?” he asked. In the sequence, Tico was exalted.

“Virtual lynching? Obviously I don’t support it! But according to you, it’s freedom of expression, only in a large volume. And it wasn’t out of nowhere, you already had racist lines, I warned you at the time. Then about Nazism”, he began.

Afterwards, the singer gave his version of what would be the reason for Monark not to like Lula. “Do you know why Bolsonismo found a place in your heart? Because it finds a place in the hearts of people who want to say things that in the past had no reaction, such as racism for example. Deep down you want freedom to be racist, Nazis, sexist”, shot.

Singer Zélia Duncan also got into an argument with Monark after he said in another post that those who voted for Lula were deceived and that his government will be aimed at the elite. “Don’t tell me… But from fascism it won’t be, right?”
