THE Sylvester Stallone referred to his six-decade career of more than 50 films that have reportedly grossed approximately three billion dollars at the box office.

Although the actor has had many successful lead roles, such as his iconic character Rocky Balboa, there is one particular role he wishes he had played.

In a new interview with THR, the 76-year-old actor addressed his contributions to the comic book realm, revealing that he wouldn’t be opposed to portraying a certain character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) if given the chance.

When asked if there’s a particular comic book character he’d like to play, Stallone noted that he doesn’t “look like any comic book character.”

“Like, I could never play the Terminator,” he said. “No one would build a robot with a crooked mouth and a voice that sounds like a hearse” he emphasized.

However, the actor revealed that there is one character he would like to play, the one played by Samuel L. Jackson, Nick Fury, director of the international organization SHIELD, fictional World War II military hero and super spy in the Marvel Universe.

“I thought I could have done something like that, not being the main character,” he said.
