Amber Heard “blows it and doesn’t get cold”. for the conviction in her trial with Johnny Depp. The actress filed a lawsuit against her insurance company, claiming that the company should cover her losses from her lawsuit with her ex-husband.

36-year-old Amberwho was ordered to pay more than $8.3 million to her ex-husband after their defamation lawsuit, countersued New York Marine and General Insurance Co. after the insurer asked a judge to release her from responsibility.

Heard had entered into a $1 million civil liability contract to protect her from defamation claims. However, the insurance company argued that because the jury found Amber committed willful misconduct in her claims about Depp, it does not have to fulfill the contract under California law.

The countersuit comes just weeks after Johnny Depp appealed a court’s decision to pay Amber Heard $2 million following their trial. In her counterclaim, the actress accused New York Marine and General Insurance Co. that he tried to back out of their deal, saying it was a “breach of contract.”
