Her obstetrician, Thanos Paraschos, speaking about the joyous event to ANT1, said: “She gave birth by caesarean section at 7:25 in the morning to a baby girl weighing 2,750. Everything went well. She had a cesarean, because she had some pains. For safety reasons, a caesarean section was performed. She and Ian are especially happy.”
“Right now she is breastfeeding and everything is perfect. Relatives are with her in the maternity ward and are waiting to see her. She’s very happy, excited and cool,” he said, adding: “Ian I think was very moved. I think Ian was more moved, Mary is cool and happy.”
