UK pub serves ‘Harry’s Bitter’ in response to Netflix documentary

The owner of the Duke of Sussex pub in Chiswick, west London, is among those disappointed by the actions of Prince Harry (and former Duke of Sussex).

A… bitter taste in the mouth has left a British pub owner the much-discussed documentary of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, which “touches” Buckingham Palace and angers fans of the royal family.

Apparently the British owner of the Duke of Sussex pub in Chiswick, west London, is among those dismayed by Prince Harry’s (and former Duke of Sussex’s) actions, which is why he launched a brand new beer in response to the documentary.

The pub owner expressed his views with a brand new beer called ‘Harry’s Bitter’, which has 3.9% alcohol and features Prince Harry’s face in a red, white and blue color scheme.

‘Harry & Meghan’ has received mixed reviews from viewers, with some calling it ‘unbelievable’, others claiming they ‘didn’t like it at all’, while others called it ‘hypocritical’. ‘Fair or not, this is joke,” wrote a user on Twitter.

“Will and Kate should go there for a drink,” another user commented.

“Congratulations to the pub in Chiswick for this beautifully British response to Harry and Meghan’s self-pity Netflix show,” read another comment on Twitter.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have come under fire following the release of the documentary, which explores their decision to leave the British royal family and the events that followed.

In the trailer for the latest episodes of the documentary, Prince Harry and his wife Meghan accuse the royal family of “lying to protect” Prince William, the heir to the throne.
