The famous actor Sylvester Stallone decided to sell another one of his mansions in Los Angeles. After selling a stunning mansion in the same city to Adele for $50 million, he now wants to do the same with his second property on the west coast of the United States.
This mansion is located in the San Fernando Valleys and was bought by the ‘Rocky’ actor last year.
Apparently, however, he immediately regretted buying it and is now looking for buyers. The asking price is $22.5 million and, if sold, he will make a profit of $4 million.
One of the possible reasons for the sudden sale of this house is that he got back together with his ex-wife, Jennifer Flavin, and now hardly lives in this house in Los Angeles, nor does he spend much time in the city.
