Our childhood is like the sky; it surrounds us. We can’t escape it, but we can’t hide from it either. It affects us but does not determine our later life. We must turn our backs on the bad memories, keep the good ones and move forward.
Sakis and Dora visit the Doctor (Maria Naufliotou) in her office but with Aliki this time things change, since the Doctor decides to go to the infamous mansion where this special girl was born, grew up and still lives.
The streets were a school for Sakis (Alekos Syssovitis), there he erased his past and was reborn. On the streets he found a “family”, on the streets he learned to be giving, he learned to love people. Because “we should fear people without feelings and value those who care enough.”
Dora (Despina Yiannopoulou), on the other hand, gets to know her biological mother, learns the true circumstances of her adoption and realizes that “cruel people take advantage of others in difficult times”. Nevertheless, she surprises the Doctor when she announces that instead of enjoying what she didn’t experience with her stepmother, she decides to return to the situation she is used to, the role of the good daughter and take care of her sick mother.
Aliki (Anastasia Padousi) accepts the visit of the Doctor to the mansion which has lost its former glory. She lives in a gloomy house, abandoned, dark and dirty, which suffocates her and looks like hell. The Doctor tries to convince her to move, to start a new life, in a bright and clean house, where “life will show her its good face”.
“Home”
The Doctor listens with sorrow to the adventures of Sakis, when he was still in the gang of street children. A new member who is forced into the gang, becomes close to little Saki. At the same time, Dora meets her biological mother and learns the truth about the past. However, he seems unwilling to break out of the familiar pattern he has learned so far and decides to drop out of treatment.
The Doctor visits Alice’s house, an abandoned and dirty villa, which has lost its former glory, and tries to convince her to move house. Meanwhile, an unexpected visitor arrives at the office and asks to see the Doctor urgently…
