She had claimed that the famous singer had sexually, physically and emotionally abused her
Game of Thrones actress Esme Bianco dropped the case against him Marilyn Manson for sexual abuse, in order to move on with her life, according to her lawyer. She had claimed that the famous singer had sexually, physically and emotionally abused her. Her attorney, Jay Ellwanger, said the 40-year-old, best known for her role as Ros on the HBO series, reached a plea deal.
Manson’s legal representative also confirmed the settlement, with the rock musician saying the allegations against him were “provably false” and “simply never happened.” This is the third lawsuit to be dropped against Manson, 54, after his former assistant and a model filed similar allegations.
Bianco alleged that Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, violated the Human Trafficking Act by bringing her to California from England in 2009 and 2011 under false pretenses that she would star in music videos and movies. He deprived the actress of food and sleep, locked her in a bedroom, whipped her, gave her electric shocks and threatened to come into her room and rape her during the night, according to the lawsuit documents.
Manson is also suing his ex-fiancee, Evan Rachel Wood, for defamation, saying she has portrayed him as a “rapist and a thug.” He claims the actress conspired with a friend and lied in an attempt to get other women to testify.
Five-time Grammy-nominated Marilyn Manson claims his career is “in tatters” and he continues to receive threats on his life since 15 women accused him of sexual assault last year.
