by

Comedian Whindersson Nunes warned followers on Twitter, this Saturday (25), that he will open an auction with outstanding pieces of his career. The action will have philanthropic purposes and the money raised will go to indigenous villages that were impacted by the rains in Bahia.

“In the next few days I’m going to release a website auctioning off some of the highlights of my life, the outfit from the first show, the ‘what’s the Wi-Fi password’ outfit, and also the first guitar I owned, and various things,” he wrote .

According to Sudec (Superintendence of Civil Defense and Protection of the State of Bahia), around 66 municipalities in the state are in emergency situations. The total number of homeless people has now exceeded 4,000, while more than 11,000 have been displaced.

The comedian recently announced that he will take a career break after going on his last tour in 2022. “I love being on stage, but I’ve been on it for almost 10 years, I toured Brazil and saw so many people, in so many situations that I get embarrassed when someone doesn’t have 30 reais to laugh with everyone,” he continued.

He says that the next show will be called “That’s not a cult”, which will tour Europe, the United States, Asia and Brazil.
