Carnival 2023: From Anitta to Fátima Bernardes, see celebrities whose fantasies caused a stir

by

It’s already Carnival Tuesday and the revelry isn’t over yet. But it is already possible to say that some famous people have given something to talk about with carnival productions, ranging from anime characters to important names in history.

For some of them, the looks, decided in advance, connect and establish a sequence within the same theme. In other cases, they are part of the celebrity’s history. But if they have something in common, it is that they are always designed to interest the public and to be remembered at other carnivals.

Check below five celebrities who stood out with their productions this year.

ANITTA

Anitta’s Carnival honored women warriors. From Cabloca Jurema to Maria Bonita, the singer recalled Brazilian historical characters. There was even a crossing of “Anitas”, in the fantasy of Anita Garibaldi, leader of the Farroupilha Revolution. Sexy and futuristic costumes also appeared in the selection of the pop singer of the moment.

PABLLO VITTAR

Pabllo Vittar’s costumes made reference to the universe of anime and games. The singer dressed up as Cardcaptor Sakura and Naruto to play Carnival. The drag queen also excited “Toy Story” fans by singing dressed as Jessie doll.

FÁTIMA BERNARDES AND TÚLIO GADÊLHA

The duo wowed fans by wearing couple costumes. Dressed as characters from “Avatar”, Fátima and Túlio managed to blend in with the revelers and enjoy the Carnival in Olinda. Only the tribute to doctors and nurses ended up not pleasing the honorees so much.

SABRINA SATO

Not only on Avenida Sabrina did it rock. The presenter also delivered everything in the costumes used to enjoy the cabins and parties. For the Copa Ball, she was inspired by a mix of Marilyn Monroe and Barbie, revealing a pink production with a blonde wig. In Sapucaí and Anhembi, Sabrina once again left fans in awe as she crossed the avenues through Vila Isabel and Gaviões da Fiel.

DEBORAH SECCO

The actress abused nostalgia with the iconic look of Bruna Surfistinha, a character she played in a 2011 film. Classic Carnival costumes —Odalisca and Gato da Alice— were also revamped in Deborah fashion.
