The popular Irish rock band U2 shared his new arrangement “Beautiful Day”which is included on their upcoming album “Songs Of Surrender”. It is the fourth rework he has presented after the songs ‘One’, ‘With Or Without You’ and ‘Pride (In The Name Of Love)’.
As the website Stereogum reports, the new rendition of the song, without the guitar sound in the chorus, is relatively “softer” than the original. With Bono’s performance and the new lyrics added towards the end it takes on new momentum and emotion.

U2’s new album, which will be released on March 17, features 40 remixes from their famous discography. It was produced and edited by the band’s guitarist David Howell Evans (The Edge) who explained that a large part of their songs were “written and recorded when we were very young”. Now those songs “mean something completely different to us.”
