William’s face seems to resist a strong wind or blow from a hair dryer and his lips are parted to reveal his teeth
The Wax Museum in Krakow has been operating for 10 years and receives more than 10,000 visitors on a monthly basis.
This week the museum found itself in the spotlight when a video of a visitor touring its grounds went viral on TikTok.
In the video – apart from the other exhibits – the “creepy” wax figures of the Prince of Wales and heir to the throne of the United Kingdom, William and his wife, Princess Kate Middleton, can be seen.

but Kate Middleton’s effigy just doesn’t look like the princess, and Prince William’s is far from flattering.

The video garnered more than 12 million views and 1.7 million likes.
Comments from other users of the platform were scathing – with some even writing that the effigies were “made strictly from memory” or “to avoid copyright issues”.
“Prince William is scary,” said another comment on TikTok. “Prince William made me squeal” in another.
