There is no money or monetary value for the love I have for Fluminense. I want to repay the tricolor fans on the pitch for what I experienced today. There were other suggestions. But Fluminense is my home. I return to my house. You saw the joy of my children. There’s nothing better than paying it forward. Nothing better than being paid to go home.
When I entered the stadium with my family, a movie was playing in my mind. That I came home. Even when I left Real Madrid, I said it was not the time to return to Brazil and I wanted to play in Europe. But when I left Real Madrid, I began to understand what my return to Fluminense would be like and my heart spoke louder.
My goal has always been to reach the highest position in my career. I did and am doing everything to leave my legacy. The most important thing I thought about in my career was winning titles. I never gave up on my dreams. When I see young people coming up in the pros, players being sold at the age of 18 or 19, who are talents like I once was.
