Queen Elizabeth is completing 70 years on the throne this year, with the palace already planning a series of events in her honor. They will take part between June 2 and 5, 2022, in a ceremony where they will receive the platinum jubilee, designed by a 19-year-old graphic design student named Edward Roberts.
As expected, the event sparked media interest in whether Prince Harry and Megan Markle will attend, with royal commentator Neil Sean commenting on a video he posted on youtube, saying he might their arrival at the event will sideline the queen’s presence, drawing all eyes of journalists on them.
With Sean specifically stating, “I’m sure Her Majesty would have enough people to help serve the tea and possibly clear the Windsor Great Park and you can only imagine what good they could offer. I do not mean it in a harsh way, but you know that it will be very difficult for Her Majesty the Queen and His Highness Prince Charles and Princess Anne. What could they offer? This would take a lot of attention away from the queen. “What I suspect is that there will be some kind of banquet, perhaps in low tones, to which they might be invited.”
