A new trailer for the upcoming documentary has been released “Little Richard: I Am Everything” of the pioneer of rock’n’roll, Little Richard. The trailer for “I Am Everything” gives fans a look at the film that chronicles the late artist’s life and contributions to music, the queer community of the time and more.

The Lisa Cortez-directed documentary will feature archival footage from the legend’s career and personal life, interviews with the artist himself, as well as new interviews with musicians, his family and their friends all discussing the cultural impact of.

Among others, artists who were influenced by his work, Mick Jagger, Paul McCartney and director John Waters talk about Little Richard.

The film, co-produced by Rolling Stone, tells the complex story of the pioneering musician, who says in one of the archival footage: “Did you know that Elvis Presley and Pat Boone sold more copies of ‘Tutti Frutti’ than I did?”

The documentary “Little Richard: I Am Everything” will be shown on April 11th in cinemas and then on April 21st it will be available on digital platforms.
