Koupsidis: “There has never been a Jovanovic issue”

by

Demosthenes Kouppsidis (member of the EPO) was mentioned in the exclusion of Nationals from the final of the World Cup and in the future of Ivan Jovanovic.

In detail what he said:

For National: “I’m not an expert, but the National is playing modern football. We were better and the media of Scotland wrote for “perfect robbery”. They were lucky and there was a referee who was constantly making the ball out of the area. This national has a future and we believe in these children. The issue of Jovanovic has never existed on the part of the federation. He put it on because of the result and the great frustration, and ended before it even started.

Whatever the coach needs or the EPO will give him. There is a continuation, so it became a contract until 2028. We will proceed with this coach. It was a failure, but Scotland is not negligible. He’s in a higher position in ranking and that says something. The best team, however, wasn’t. We will find the money we lose from exclusion from elsewhere. With the purchase of the training center we will save costs. ”

For debts to players: “The Federation is not involved in procedural issues. There is a committee that brings out the regulations and regular judges. The EPO does not decide. Clearly when a player is right he must find it. We respect the judicial decisions. ”

Followed confrontation With ?? IDAD Vice President George Panagopoulos, who spoke of a “criminal organization” in football and a “Korean administration” in the Federation, on the occasion of the suspension of the decision to reduce OFI points, which had been imposed for debt to Thanassis.
