Four months after his snowplow injury, the two-time Oscar nominee, Jeremy Rennerplans to make his first public appearance at the documentary’s premiere “Renervations”.

According to Disney+, the premiere will take place on April 11, at the Regency Village Theater in Los Angeles.

Produced by Boardwalk Pictures, the miniseries takes the actor around the world to help redesign retired vehicles for use by various communities.

“I’ve been on this journey for many years and I started in my community building vehicles for people in need,” the actor said in a statement. “This is one of my greatest passions and a driving force behind my recovery.”

With the help of famous friends like Vanessa Hudgens, Anthony Mackie, Rory Millikin and Sebastián Yatra, they turned a tour bus into a recording studio, or some other in a portable drinking water supply unit. The series takes Renner from his hometown of Reno, Nevada, to Chicago, Illinois, to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and to Rajasthan, India.

“Rennervations” premieres on Disney+ on April 12.
