Celebrating their 30th anniversary this year, the Golden Hats invited the country’s top chefs to vote and single out their colleague with the most influence on the local culinary scene, that is, to highlight the chef to whom everyone turns for inspiration.

The Greek chefs therefore voted for Hector Botrini as the creator who with his ideas and work pushes faces and situations, shapes scenes, opens new paths and has a catalytic effect on his colleagues, partners, and the entire environment in which he creates.

With Hector Botrini in first place, Sotiris Evangelou and Athenagoras Kostakos complete the top three in a top 10 full of dynamic names from the cutting edge of the Greek restaurant scene.
