New York Post newspaper.

According to Samantha, Meghan would have said “probably false and malicious lies” during the conversation with the American presenter. One of the information is that the wife of Prince Harry claimed that she grew up as an only child, which left the half-sister outraged.

“As a reasonable listener would understand, the defendant is merely expressing an opinion about her childhood and her relationship with her half-siblings,” Charlene Edwards Honeywell, US District Judge, wrote in the dismissal filing. Thus, the action was filed.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah was marked by several revelations. Among them, the Duchess of Sussex said there were conversations within the royal family about “how dark” their son Archie’s skin would be.

This wasn’t the first falling out between Meghan and Samantha. Previously, Prince Harry’s wife even accused her half-sister and father of selling false stories about her and the royal family to British newspapers.
