According to the gossip mag, there is no prenuptial agreement between the actress and the photographer, who have been married since October 2011 and have no children.
Shannen Doherty filed for divorce from her husband, Kurt Iswarienko, after “having no choice,” the “Charmed” star’s rep tells “Page Six.”
“Divorce is the last thing Shannen wanted. Unfortunately, she felt she was left with no other choice,” the actress’ rep said in a statement.
TMZ reported that Doherty, 52, filed the papers on Friday, April 21 in Los Angeles, stating that the two have been separated since January.
Sources close to the actress said that Doherty, who was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in February 2020, is not in good health. Doherty previously said in a 2019 interview with People magazine that her first battle with breast cancer changed her marriage to Iswarienko for the better.
“Cancer brought us together,” he had said at the time. “Kurt and I have a much deeper appreciation for each other now.” According to the tabloid, there is no prenuptial agreement between the actress and the photographer, who have been married since October 2011 and have no children. Iswarienko is the third husband of Doherty, who is represented by celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser.
