Ariadna is ordered to pay R$ 20,000 to Ratinho after suggesting infidelity

After suggesting that the presenter Ratinho, 67, cheats on his wife, with whom he has been for more than 40 years, the ex-BBB Ariadna Arantes ended up condemned by the Justice of Paraná to pay R$ 20 thousand to the presenter for moral damages.

Ariadna herself published in full the content of the process with the decision and promised that she will appeal. According to her, she was not heard to be able to defend herself.

“I will appeal this sentence. I was not heard. There was no hearing. It was not taken into account the facts that in a live program, the same [Ratinho] made fun of the situation. So, there was no offense to honor and dignity, much less moral damage,” she wrote in the caption of the post.

“Justice is not always fair. But we will appeal the decision. A person who has such controversial lines live… and the whole country knows”, he amended.

UNDERSTAND THE CASE

According to the ex-BBB, the comment was made on impulse when defending criticism made by Ratinho against Anitta, last year. In his program, the presenter even called the singer’s intimate life “disgusting”.

“The rope always breaks on the weaker side. What I can do now is stay quiet, wait to see what this process will lead to. The most impressive thing is that the person has already offended so many people on national television. But a comment from me in the midst of thousands on Instagram made him sue me”, vented Ariadna at the time.

In the caption, she explained more details of what happened. “Remember that comment last year that he made saying that Anitta was not an example for anyone? , I made another comment. Out of thousands, mine was selected for processing.”

The court asked for the comment to be withdrawn, which was done. Still, the process continued.
