According to the State Prosecutor’s Office, the Emily Long was found dead with wounds of self -contamination in the head inside the family’s house in the MadberMonday morning. Victims were the 48 -year -old husband, Ryan Longboth of their children, 8 and 6 years old.
The forensic examination showed that the two children were shot in the head, while the husband, who fought in incurable cancer, had multiple bullet injuries.
The third child of the family, 3 years old, alive and without injuries – was also found at home – he is now under the care of relatives.
Authorities are talking about “serious concerns and problems” facing the family, but without giving details.
Emily Long, a restaurant chain manager, had spoken openly on social media about her psychological state and depression she was experiencing due to her husband’s serious illness, who worked as a school psychologist and was diagnosed with aggressive brain.
Just two days before the murder, in a video at Tiktok, she had mentioned that her children were “suffering” and she was “very depressing”, trying to restore “a sense of regularity” to the family.
The case is being investigated.
