The Netflix announced a new conspiracy thriller series titled “Zero Day”, which features an impressive cast including Robert De Niro, Lizzy Caplan, Jesse Plemons, Joan Allen and Connie Britton. The series was created and produced by Eric Newman under Grand Electric Productions’ deal with Netflix and Noah Oppenheim.
The plot centers around a global cyberattack and the search for truth in a world in crisis. THE Robert De Niro he plays George Mullen, a former US president who is asked to come out of retirement to lead a commission charged with investigating the cyber attack.
