It’s a remake of the 2003 hit
Some want it all, while others just want to see her Alicia Keys to sing it “If I Ain’t Got You” with an excellent orchestra. On Monday, May 8, the Grammy-winning singer took to social media to perform a new rendition of the 2003 hit, complete with an orchestra of more than 70 women of color from around the world, for the series. “Bridgerton” specifically for the new episodes titled “Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story”.

The new clip, which was directed by Diane Martel (who also directed the original music video), features the 42-year-old singer with the featured artists.
“The whole idea was pretty ambitious,” the singer told Billboard. “I feel like it’s going to open a lot of people’s minds, to realize that women of color belong everywhere and we’ve always been everywhere. It’s magical”.
“Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story” debuted May 4 on Netflix as the first “Bridgerton” spin-off series. The prequel tells the story of young Queen Charlotte’s life, rise to power and romance with King George in six episodes.
“This Bridgerton prequel tells the story of how the young queen’s marriage to King George sparked a great love story as well as social change, inherited by Bridgerton’s characters,” the press release states. Queen Charlotte is played by India Amarteifio, while Golda Rosheuvel plays the adult queen.
