Hollywood’s favorite actor Jamie Foxx has been in hospital for four weeks following a serious medical incident, with his family apparently “preparing for the worst”.
Fox has been “under observation” at a medical facility in Georgia for the past few days, according to reports.

A family friend told Radar Online that they are “hoping for the best” but “preparing for the worst,” adding that “Jamie’s people say he is doing well and getting better while doctors try to find the cause of his problems – but he wouldn’t have been in hospital so long if he was even a little better.’
The news of his critical condition was announced by his daughter, Corinne, via Instagram on April 12, writing:
“We wanted to share that my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday. Fortunately, due to quick action and great care, he is already on the road to recovery. We know how loved he is and we appreciate your prayers. The family requests privacy during this time. Much love, the Fox family.”
Foxx updated his audience a few days ago, also via Instagram saying, “I appreciate all the love… I feel blessed.”
