Few hours left for him marriage of the 28-year-old Crown Prince of Jordan, Hussein bin Abdullah II, to his fiancee of Saudi nationality, an architect by profession, Rajwa Al-Saif.

The religious ceremony will take place tonight at Zahran Palace in Amman, where Hussein’s parents, King Abdullah and Queen Rania, were married in 1993.

The festive events in the country have started for a week while the climate in capital Amman is enthusiastic, as it is about him first “large” royal wedding in Jordan for almost 30 years.

After the wedding ceremony, the couple will pass through the city for the traditional wedding parade and head to Al-Husseiniyya Palace accompanied by a motorcade that will include eight red supercars and eleven motorcycles.

Among the dignitaries at the wedding reception to be hosted by King Abdullah II and Queen Rania – in addition to Britain’s royal couple – are several European royals such as Prince Frederik and Princess Mary of Denmark, Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden and Prince Haakon of Norway.
