The official trailer for the second cycle of the beloved series has been released “And Just Like That” with the return of John Corbett to the small screen. The 11-episode series begins a year after the sudden death of Big (Chris North) and follows, among other things, Carrie’s (Sarah Jessica Parker) attempt to overcome it and move on with her life. Christine Davis and Cynthia Nixon star alongside her once again.

You don’t move forward because you’re ready. You’re moving on because you’ve gotten over who you were,” says Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) at the start of the trailer, which offers several “juicy” details about what’s to come in the new cycle.

Sarita Chanderi, Nicole Ari Parker and Karen Pittman return to their roles alongside David Aigenberg, Mario Cantone, Evan Handler and Niall Cunningham. As the Hollywood Reporter reports, there is no shot or element in the trailer that foreshadows Kim Cattrall’s much-anticipated cameo as Samantha Jones, news that was announced just hours before its release.

The “And Just Like That” will start airing on June 22 from the frequency of MAX.
