An explosive five days of music, the Subset Festivalorganizes for the first time in its history the Festival of Athens and Epidaurus from June 21 to 25.

In co-production with the Athens Conservatory, this year the Festival presents a brand new project under the artistic supervision of Stavros Gasparatos, which aims to highlight the new trends prevailing in the field of new music worldwide.

Big names like Robert Henke and Kali Malone, Hekla, who is debuting in Greece, and other established and emerging artists from our country and abroad give a multi-day appointment of contemporary music creation and entertainment.

Taking its title from a mathematical term (subset ⊆) Subset is essentially a festival within a festival, bringing into dialogue different versions of contemporary music writing and presentation, incorporating a wide variety of artistic works. It will be held in the brand new premises of the Athens Conservatory and will last five days, including concerts, performances and club nights.

The Conservatory will alternately host music groups and sound and visual installations on a multi-prism music platform. The artists are expected to reveal an exuberant musical landscape to the festival audience, who can purchase day tickets or select specific events.

Who appear in the Subset

At the Conservatory will be the legendary Robert Henke, the American composer Kali Malone, the Icelandic Hekla, the innovator Sébastien Roux, the artistic duo Vinyl -terror & -horror, dj Electric Indigo, some of whom are coming to our country for the first time .
