(News Bulletin 247) – As of September 1, under the leadership of François Jackow, Chief Executive Officer, the Air Liquide Executive Committee will be established as follows: François Abrial has been appointed Group Secretary General. He will oversee general control and compliance, the Group legal department, public and international affairs, as well as Digital & IT.
Ronnie Chalmers is appointed Director of the Asia Pacific Division. Matthieu Giard has been appointed Director of the Americas Division. Armelle Levieux is appointed Director of Innovation. She will also oversee the Hydrogen Energy and Electronics World Business Lines.
Emilie Mouren-Renouard has been appointed Director of the Europe Industries Division. Pascal Vinet is appointed Deputy Managing Director. He will also oversee the Industrial World Business Line.
Finally, the Group’s Human Resources department will be announced at a later date.
