Kevin Costner has reportedly asked the court to have his ex-wife, Christine Baumgartner, move out of their shared home amid the divorce, Page Six reports.

According to documents obtained by “TMZ,” the “Yellowstone” star claimed his ex-wife is refusing to leave their home despite their prenuptial agreement detailing that she had 30 days to vacate the home after she filed for divorce on May 1.

The famous actor also claimed, according to the agency, that Christine Baumgartner is using her position as “leverage” to get Costner to agree to her “various financial demands.”

Kevin Costner has reportedly already given his ex-wife more than $1.2 million in prenup payments, which he says is enough to move into another house.

According to TMZ, in the court documents, the actor claimed that he is willing to “contribute as part of his alimony obligations $30,000 a month toward a rental home and is willing to advance another $10,000 toward her moving expenses.”

Last month, Baumgartner filed for divorce after 18 years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Sources told Page Six that Costner was stunned by his wife’s decision to file for divorce. A source close to the family told People that Baumgartner was unhappy with his work schedule before filing.

“Christine wants them to spend family time at their home in Santa Barbara,” the source said. “During filming, Kevin wasn’t around very much. His absence was very difficult for her.”

Baumgartner and Kevin Costner began dating in 1999, shortly after the actor split from Bridget Rooney, with whom he shares son Liam, 27.
