Anitta is yet another famous person to join the list of victims of theft abroad. The singer said that she had a watch stolen from one of the rooms in the house where she is staying in Croatia. She detailed the episode on social networks this Wednesday (14), and joked that, even accompanied by several friends, the bandit “chose” only her belongings to be taken the night before.
“I was the lucky winner. They entered everyone’s rooms, but only me was stolen. They thought I was more chic,” she said during a walk along the local beaches. “I’m fine. Yesterday, when we went out at night, they stole our things. Wow, no, mine, they decided to steal just the doll here.”
The singer also said that the watch taken was a Ballon Bleu model, by Cartier. The steel piece has 50 diamonds studded in its rim and is sold for BRL 80,500 on the brand’s website. “We’re alive, healthy, and that’s what matters. We buy things, because we work a lot”, added Anitta, who is touring Europe after performing in the Champions League final last Saturday (10) m Istanbul, Turkey.
She then went on to issue a warning: “If you are in Croatia (or other neighboring countries) and someone tries to sell you this watch… It was stolen from me. Thank you.”
