Luiz Carlos, lead singer of the group Raça Negra, has been sued by an alleged daughter. Renata Francine, who would have been the result of a quick relationship between the musician and his mother, asks him for R$ 40 thousand for moral damages. She claims she never received financial or emotional support.
The information was first published by columnist Fábia Oliveira and confirmed by F5. According to information from the Court of Justice of São Paulo, the process was opened last year.
At A Tarde É Sua, a year earlier, Renata had already spoken about his absence. Despite never having been publicly recognized, she showed her birth certificate in which the name Luiz Carlos da Silva appears. But everything got worse after she became a mother. The girl she bore was born with cerebral palsy.
That way, Renata finally decided to ask the singer for help more constantly to be able to buy medicine that her daughter needed, but, according to her, he only helped her with a wheelchair. When contacted, Luiz Carlos’ advisor was aware of the demand and said that if there was a response, he would send it to the report. This had not happened until the publication of this text.
In spite of that, on the occasion of the interview on the RedeTV! Renata used his money “to have a barbecue with the crowd”.
