The presence of Alice Fromer on stage at Titãs moved fans during the three days of sold-out Allianz Parque, last weekend, during the band’s tour, with the classic line-up, in São Paulo.

And, this Monday (19), the 29-year-old pedagogue spoke about the experience of singing, in the city where the group was born, to an audience of 150,000 people.

“Each of these three days changed a little bit of my life – and I think that of all those who were able to attend this unique spectacle that was the Titans Encounter”, he wrote on Instagram.

The daughter of guitarist Marcelo Fromer, who died in June 2001 after being run over in São Paulo, sang “Toda Cor” and “Não Vou Me Importar”, two of the band’s classics, alongside her father’s friends, and “Ovelha Negra “, a tribute to Rita Lee.

“Life became more radiant, vigorous and energetic,” Fromer’s daughter said of the three concerts. “Parts of me were delivered to that stage. They belong to it. Other parts, new ones, that I didn’t even know I was missing, found me there and started to belong to me and constitute me forever”.

On the day her father’s death marked 22 years, Alice spoke about the loss.

“It was the beginning of a new millennium and we had a life ahead of us. Me with my first seven-year period completed. You, before forty”, he wrote. “An entire universe of imagination and projections opens up on a horizon of possibilities interrupted so early”.

She said she sees a glimpse of her father in each of the seven titans and figured he would love to see the band’s excitement on the reunion tour and the engagement of the crowd.

“It’s as if each one of the seven kept a little bit of you. I manage to capture these few and collect them with the diligence and care of someone who keeps a treasure. You are our greatest treasure, which for 22 years has sparkled and glittered, revealing your reflection in at least seven bright subjects”.

Alice’s tribute was commented on by members of Titãs and by some of the musicians’ children.

“I’m crying here reading your text,” said Nina Bellotto, daughter of guitarist and vocalist Tony Bellotto.

“It’s been great to meet the titanic family again. You there on stage and the strength of the seven together is one of Marcelo’s great legacies, present in every person who loved and admired him”, said Theo Reis, son of singer and composer Nando Reis .

“I promise to always be watching you dominate the world. We’re always here for whatever you need”, said Manoela Miklos, daughter of musician and actor Paulo Miklos.

Manoela, by the way, shared a video in which Titãs family members dance and celebrate together the success of the tour.

“There’s choreo on stage and in the audience. There’s a lot of partnership and affection there and here”, he commented.
