The 42-year-old TV personality, who is enjoying some time in New York, appears on the cover of the magazine Time for her success SKIMS. The magazine pays tribute to the 100 most influential companies and one of them is Kim Kardashian’s.
SKIMS’ company has eight million followers, in addition to the 350 million who follow Kim already on Instagram, and is on the same list as “behemoths” such as Taco Bell, Disney and TikTok.

The magazine “exploited” Kim Kardashian’s curves to pique the interest of its readers. The multi-millionaire is modest when talking about the success of her company that was launched in 2019 and is valued at $3.2 billion in 2022.
“I feel like I’ve succeeded,” she said in her interview.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who has signed some lucrative branding deals in the past, explained that the idea to create a shapewear brand came from her own needs.

The company has expanded to include loungewear, underwear and bras, and on Thursday will launch its latest line of sportswear. The celebrity also revealed that Skims will launch a line of men’s loungewear in the fall, with some male-friendly shapewear in the future.
“I always like to try them on myself,” she noted. “That way I can tell if there are any failures.”
Kim estimates that she has tried on about 7,000 outfits since starting her business.

What may surprise her fans and detractors is that the woman with international appeal has admitted that she still has impostor syndrome and that’s what keeps her on her toes. However, 42-year-old Kim Kardashian admitted there is a “time stamp” on her career as an influencer.
“I understand that maybe in my 50s, I won’t want to pose in my underwear,” she said, adding: “We’re going to do everything we can to look as young as we can. We’re not going out without trying.”
