Anitta’s mansion has a R$ 3.5 million discount for sale

Anitta seems to be really determined to sell the mansion where she lived for almost eight years in Barra da Tijuca, west of Rio de Janeiro. After having established the initial price of R$ 12 million in cash at the end of last year, and not having found a buyer, she decided to reduce the value of the property.

Now, for BRL 8.5 million, it is possible to acquire the property of 607.12 square meters, with five bedrooms, living room and dining room, kitchen, office, eight bathrooms, swimming pool, a spacious garage with seven spaces, and other luxurious amenities.

Located in one of the most renowned condominiums in the region, the residence became famous for the nickname “sex room”, due to its neon decoration and low light, in addition to the parties held by the singer.

It was also there that the funk artist recorded scenes from the clip “Tócame”, in partnership with Arcángel and De La Ghetto, and the Multishow program, “Anitta Dentro da Casinha”, both in 2020.

The property is available at a real estate agency in Barra and, according to columnist Mariana Morais, it is the singer’s brother, Renan Machado, who is in charge of the negotiation. In addition to the new millionaire amount for the property, the publication on the company’s website also informs interested parties of the values ​​of the condominium fee (R$ 3.2 thousand) and IPTU (R$ 27.3 thousand).
