Fan of Gusttavo Lima says he was beaten by security guards and stolen after invading a show

A fan who invaded the stage during a concert by singer Gusttavo Lima at the Gigante Vermelho rodeo, in Cândido Mota (SP), accuses security guards of aggression. According to him, eight or nine men took him behind the stage and beat him until his face bled. Furthermore, he would have been robbed and unable to leave because he had no more money.

The case was reported to the Assis City portal. This is an event that brings together big names from the backcountry and takes place between August 10th and 13th. According to the report of the seller named Danilo Mazul, when he saw the opportunity to circumvent the security scheme to enter the stage, he didn’t think twice. He even managed to hug Lima, but was quickly removed from space.

It was then that, according to him, the aggressions would have started with rear naked choke, brass knuckles and batons. He filed a police report and was taken to a local hospital after a military police officer called 911.

When contacted, Gusttavo Lima’s advisors stated in a note that they were unaware of the case. “The fan was removed from the stage by the singer’s two security guards who accompanied him at the show and handed over to the care of the event’s security team. We are unaware of any alleged act of aggression committed against him”, he says.

Sought after, the organization of the Gigante Vermelho party had not yet responded to requests. However, to the Assis City website, the organizer said that his team would also not have access to the place where the alleged aggressions would have occurred and blamed the Lima team.

According to their version, on top and behind the stage, inside the dressing rooms and in circulation areas that are close to the singer, access would be restricted to security guards.

This was not the first time that something unusual happened at a Gusttavo Lima concert. In July, an interpreter of Libras (Brazilian Sign Language) used social networks to say that the singer and his production would have prevented her work during a show in Teresina (PI). As a result, the professional and some deaf friends decided to leave the venue even before it started.

In January, Lima was surprised during a New Year’s Eve performance in Fortaleza (CE) after a woman threw a bottle of water at his face. Dissatisfied, the musician expelled the person and ordered security to go to her so that she could leave quickly.
