THE Charlize Theron (Charlize Theron) says she will never take on a role with extreme body modification again.

The actress speaking to Allure he said: “I will never do a film again and gain 40 kilos. I’ll never do it again, because you can’t come back.” “When I was 27, I did ‘Monster.’ I lost 30 pounds overnight. I cut out three meals and I’m back to my normal weight.”

Theron won the Academy Award for Best Actress for “Monster,” in which she starred opposite Christina Ricci. The actress has spoken about this issue in the past, but at the time she was of the opinion that she can easily lose the extra pounds required for a role. But she later admitted that growing up losing the weight she gained for roles was nearly impossible.

She found this out firsthand after she put on 22kg for the 2018 drama ‘Tully’.

“Then I did it at 43 for ‘Tully’ and I remember a year when I was trying to lose weight, I called my doctor and said, ‘I think I’m dying because I can’t lose this weight.’ And he said: ‘You are over 40. Calm down. Your metabolism isn’t what it used to be.’ Nobody wants to hear that,” Theron said.

THE Theron it took her a year and a half to shed the pounds she gained for “Tully,” an experience she called “a very long journey.”

It wasn’t just weight loss that got harder for Theron as she got older. Now she said it “upset” her that when she injures herself on the set of an action movie, “it takes a lot longer to heal than I did in my 20s.”
