The moment the Rolling Stones will release their first album of original songs after 18 long years seems to be getting closer and closer. Or maybe not; The legendary band, last Saturday, wanted to share, through their official account on twitter, a part of their new single “Don’t Get Angry With Me”.

However, the post links them to the site dontgetangrywithme.comwhich appears to be having trouble loading the teaser, prompting visitors to refresh the page and try again.

Several fans pointed the issue to the Rolling Stones, whose social media manager responded to the complaints with “Don’t be mad at me”, rather than offering any help. This potentially raises the possibility that the malfunction was intentional.

New album?

Speculation that the band will soon announce a new album, rumored to be called ‘Hackney Diamonds’, increased this week after the band hinted at a major announcement to be made on September 6. If the rumors are confirmed in a few days, ‘Hackney Diamonds’ will be the Stones’ first new album of original material since 2005’s ‘A Bigger Bang’ and their first music since the death of drummer Charlie Watts, who left life in 2021 at age 80.
