His prime minister United Kingdom Rishi Sunak said it was “completely and utterly wrong” to accept personal accusations of being responsible for the static problems that have been revealed in school buildings of Englandbecause as finance minister he had not adequately funded a school repair program.
The new school year begins today in England with thousands of students forced to distance learningas 156 school buildings have been deemed unsuitable.
These are buildings that were built with a specific type of cement, called RAAC, and as a result have been found to suffer from risk of collapse.

According to Mr. Slater 400 schools a year need rebuildingbut the Ministry of Finance approved funds for work on only 100;with Mr. Sunak further reducing the specific funds.
The main opposition Labor Party accused Rishi Sunak of endangering the lives of students.

He admitted that approx 1500 schools they still haven’t given a full report to the ministry regarding possible stability problems.
